Tommy and Tini – Order Cancellation
At Tommy and Tini, we are committed to understanding our customers’ needs and ensuring that their money remains safe and secure while shipping aquarium fishes and other related products.
1. Order Cancellation by Tommy and Tini
Tommy and Tini reserves the right to cancel any order, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

If the fish or livestock is found to be unhealthy or not in suitable shipping condition.

If stock is unavailable or not fit for dispatch due to health concerns.

If delivery to the specified location is not feasible due to courier limitations, natural disasters, adverse climate conditions, or other unforeseen delivery-related issues.
In such cases, customers will be informed (where possible), and a full refund will be processed.
2. Cancellation Before Shipping (Customer Request)

Customers may request cancellation and a refund before the order is shipped.

Refunds will be processed for eligible orders upon approval.

Pre-booked orders are non-refundable and are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has been dispatched or allocated with an AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.

No refund will be issued after dispatch, as the products include live aquarium fishes and related live items.(in case of dead on Arrival or damaged Refund will be done)

Customers are required to collect and accept the shipment once dispatched.
4. Dispatch and Livestock Safety
Tommy and Tini prioritizes the health and safety of live aquarium fishes. If at any time prior to dispatch the livestock is deemed sick or unfit for shipping:

The order may be cancelled and refunded, or
-
The delivery date may be postponed until the livestock is healthy and safe for transport.
This policy ensures the safety of live animals while protecting both the customer and Tommy and Tini from unforeseen circumstances.
