Kuhli loach

Kuhli loach are slender, eel-like freshwater fish prized for their peaceful temperament and bottom-feeding behavior. These nocturnal scavengers thrive in well-planted aquariums with plenty of hiding spots among rocks and driftwood. They reach 3-4 inches in length and prefer slightly acidic to neutral water conditions with moderate temperatures. Kuhli loaches are excellent for community tanks, helping maintain substrate cleanliness by consuming leftover food and debris. Their curious, social nature makes them fascinating to observe, especially during evening hours when they become most active.
